1. These terms govern your use of Roleplai App and the pages published on this website. By continuing to browse or by starting a conversation you accept them in full.
2. The service is offered to adults aged 18 years or older. If you are below that age you must not use Roleplai App or submit any information through it.
3. Every companion presented here is a work of fiction. Names, portraits and biographies are invented and do not depict any living or deceased person.
4. Conversation output is generated text. It is not advice, and it must not be treated as medical, legal, financial, psychological or safety guidance.
5. You remain responsible for decisions you make after a conversation. Roleplai App does not supervise, verify or endorse any course of action discussed in chat.
6. You agree not to use the service to produce unlawful material, to harass another person, or to attempt to generate content involving minors.
7. You agree not to submit personal data belonging to another individual without that individual’s knowledge and consent.
8. Automated collection, scraping, framing or bulk reproduction of the pages on this site is not permitted without written approval.
9. You must not attempt to interfere with, probe or overload the systems that deliver the service.
10. Accounts are personal. Sharing access credentials with another person is a breach of these terms.
11. We may suspend or end access where a breach of these terms occurs, without a requirement to give prior notice.
12. Written content, layout, portraits, logos and companion biographies published here remain the property of Roleplai App unless stated otherwise.
13. Text you write in a conversation remains yours. You grant a limited licence to process it so the service can reply and maintain continuity.
14. Optional paid features, where offered, are described at the point of purchase, including the billing period and the amount charged.
15. Where a paid feature is cancelled, access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and no further charge is taken.
16. Refunds are handled case by case, in line with the consumer protection rules applicable where you live.
17. The service is provided on an as-available basis. Interruptions for maintenance, updates or supplier issues may occur.
18. No guarantee is given that a companion will reply in a particular style, within a particular time, or with factually accurate information.
19. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their content and their own terms are outside our control.
20. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service is excluded.
21. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.
22. You agree to indemnify Roleplai App against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
23. These terms may be updated. The revised version applies from the date it appears on this page, and continued use signals acceptance.
24. If a clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply in full.
25. Complaints and questions should be raised through the contact page before any formal step is taken.
26. These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law applicable at the place of business of the operator of Roleplai App.
